01Overview
Welcome to WANCE. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using WANCE, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our mission is to provide high-performance digital solutions with an uncompromising commitment to quality and authority.
02Service Model
WANCE operates on a premium service model designed for scale. We provide infrastructure, design frameworks, and deployment pipelines tailored for enterprise-grade performance. Our services are provided "as is" with the specific intent of maintaining a high-contrast editorial standard across all user-facing interfaces.
03Payments & Subscription
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in immediate suspension of service access. Rates are subject to change with a 30-day notice provided to all active subscribers.
04Domains & Hosting
WANCE manages hosting infrastructure and domain configurations through our secure cloud partners. Users are responsible for maintaining the legal rights to any domain names associated with their accounts. WANCE reserves the right to migrate hosting environments to optimize global delivery and security protocols.
05Ownership & Code Access
Client Ownership
Clients retain ownership of all content and branding assets.
WANCE Ownership
WANCE retains ownership of core infrastructure, systems, frameworks, and reusable components.
Source Code Policy
Standard subscriptions do NOT include source code ownership.
Code Transfer Option
Full source code transfer is available via a one-time payment. This includes a complete handover of the website codebase. Pricing is custom and provided upon request. Clients must contact WANCE directly to request code transfer.
06Service Scope
Our service scope includes platform maintenance, visual updates according to the design system, and technical support. Custom development outside the standard framework is subject to separate contractual agreements. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice through our platform utilities.
