015-Day Refund Guarantee
At WANCE, we stand behind the quality of our digital infrastructure. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 5-Day Refund Guarantee. You have exactly five (5) days from the moment of your initial transaction to request a full reversal of your subscription fees.
02Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- 01The request must be submitted via our support portal within 120 hours of the transaction timestamp.
- 02The account must not have been suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
- 03The refund applies only to the first-time purchase of a specific plan.
03Non-Refundable
Certain items are strictly excluded from our refund policy. These include any professional services already rendered, custom development work, and third-party marketplace integrations. Once a custom service project has commenced, the associated labor costs are considered non-refundable.
04Refund Process
Once your request is received, our financial team will audit the transaction within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Estimated Timeline
Depending on your financial institution, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account statement.
05Domain Costs
Please note that domain name registrations are final and non-refundable due to registry regulations. If your plan included a "Free Domain," the standard retail cost of the domain will be deducted from your total refund amount to maintain your ownership of the asset.
